FIRST OF ALL THIS IS PERFECTNESS K MY ADORABLE SENSES ARE OVERFLOWING AGAIN <3

Pros:
The shading of the skin, It shows such dimension and the sparkles are a nice touch :'D
The hair is GORG. Like I can't even draw hair to save my life, I salute you. It looks almost real, like you could stroke the hair or something, you can FEEL the texture of the hair just by looking at it! You added shine and darkness to all the right parts c:
You make the eyebrows so lovely and delicate, and matches the hair *claps* I'm glad you didn't make her eye-brow less :'D
The LIPS. Look at thoes preciouse lips, just perfect! And it looks very 3D <3 (A major for realism!!)
The cheek and nose, baaah <33 Perfect. Just absolutely perfect. (Although if you want to go for a even MORE realistic style, I suggest you add nose holes and study the anatomy of noses a bit more)
The eye color, it's gorgeous, although for a more realistic style, I suggest not too much shine but for a more cartoony look, this is perfect!

Cons:
Not too many cons <3
The ears could be more "laid back" as in not too much stickng out of the hair, because It looks like it's almost sticking straight out of the head instead of being on a "diagonal line" (Searching up tutourials of how to draw ears would help tons)
And I feel like the eyes are just a teensy bit too big, and needs the tear corner edge (nearest to the nose) and a bit more eyelashes to bring out the eyes even more! And egagerate the shading a little bit more so the face looks more round and not flat c: <3
